Buying custom 3D Artwork is highly expensive and AI generated visuals does not allow for different iterations of the same work with decent fidelity or high resolution.
When you purchase one of my artworks, you’ll get the full image rights to use for your projects — whether it’s an event poster, CD cover, or anything else. Knowing no one else is ever getting the same design and you are also helping me make great visuals for your next releases!

ADVANTAGES OF EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

• Exclusivity: An exclusive license can give a licensee sole access to an artist’s work for a specific period of time, which can be a valuable advantage if they are trying to differentiate themselves from competitors or create a unique product or service.
• Control: With an exclusive license, the licensee has more control over how the artist’s work is used and can ensure that it is not being used by competitors or others in a way that could dilute its value.
• Potential for increased value: An exclusive license can potentially increase the value of an artist’s work, since it is being used exclusively by a single licensee. This can be especially valuable if the work becomes highly popular.

BY PURCHASING OR USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between the "Artist" (Artwork creator) and the "Buyer" (The artwork owner)

• The Artist grants to the Buyer the exclusive, perpetual right to own, use, and exploit the artwork titled "Solace". This grant includes all rights to reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use the Artwork, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
• The Artist retains the right to promote the Artwork as part of the Artist's portfolio, including reproductions and displays for promotional purposes.
• The Buyer has the right to modify the Artwork, including changing its elements.
  However, the Buyer is not allowed to associate the Artist's name with the modified version if substantial changes are made to the Artwork.
• The Buyer has the right to sell a product/service that includes this as the product/service cover artwork.
  However, the Buyer is not allowed to resell the Artwork individually or present it has being the buyers own creation unless substantially changes are made from it's original state.
• The Buyer is not allowed to transfer ownership without revoking the current agreement and buying a new custom license signed by all parties "The Artist", "The Buyer" and party in which the exclusive ownership should be transferred too.

Artist's Rights and Obligations

• The Artist retains the right to use the Artwork for self-promotion, including in portfolios, exhibitions, and publications, provided that such use does not conflict with the Buyer's ownership rights.
• The Artist is not responsible for any claims arising from the Buyer's use of the Artwork.

Buyer's Rights and Obligations

• The Buyer has exclusive ownership of the Artwork, including all rights of exploitation, subject to the Artist's right to use it for self-promotion.
• The Buyer must not attribute the Artist's name to any derivative works or versions of the Artwork that have been modified in any way other than changes in the smart object title or background intensity.

Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Licensor from any and all liabilities, claims or expenses (including legal fees), loss or damages whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential arising from your use, misuse or provision of the assets in a wrongful manner that directly or indirectly impacts the Licensor.

Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you first download the assets and shall continue until terminated. The Agreement will terminate automatically if you exceed the scope of license granted or otherwise fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement you agree to stop all access to and use of the assets.

The Licensor reserves the right to revise these terms in future. By continuing to use the assets after any revised terms become effective you agree to be bound by the new terms. The Licensor will attempt to notify you of any such revisions via an email to the address associated with your account.

If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the agreement.
